FAQ

Where do I get the ingredients from?

You can buy the ingredients from Amazon. I use Kewpie mayo for mayonnaise because of the amazing flavor. The roasted white sesame seeds go great, but you can also use black roasted sesame seeds too, if desired. I used white miso paste for this recipe, but you can use a different type of miso as well. If the miso paste contains dashi stock, that will add even more flavor to this dish. If interested, check out my article on the best miso paste according to Amazon!

Buy the ingredients on Amazon for yourself or give it as a gift to a friend or a family member!

How do I crush the sesame seeds?

You can easily crush the sesame seeds at home with tools like these. The first item is a compact little container that you can use to crush the seeds on the go by spinning the crank handle. You can fill the container with the seeds, and when you’re done you can put it away in your cabinet for easy storage. The second item is more of a traditional way of grinding sesame seeds. Either one works and does what you need for this delicious recipe :)
