Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel (top and bottom)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 a packet of chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • A pinch of salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Garlic Bagel Chips:

  1. Heat the oven to 325 F
  2. In a bowl, place the olive oil, chicken stock, garlic powder and onion powder and stir until they’re combined
  3. Cut the bagel into very thin slices (about 1/4 of an inch thick for each slice)
  4. Add the bagel into the bowl and stir until they’re combined.
  5. Coat the surface of an oven tray with non-stick oil spray
  6. Place the cut bagel pieces on to the oven tray. Make sure that they are not overlapping.

  9. Take the tray out of the oven and let it cool
  10. Serve and enjoy!
