- 2x Carrots
- 1/3 pound of ground chicken
- 2 Cups of Water
- 1 Pack of Chicken Stock
- 1/3 of a can of corn
- 1 Onion
Directions:
- Chop the carrots and onion into small pieces
- In a medium pot, pour in about a tablespoon of olive oil and stir-fry the onions and carrots until the onions become translucent.
- Add corn to the pot and mix it in
- Add ground chicken and stir until the meat is no longer pink
- Pour in 2 cups of water and turn the heat to high until the water starts to boil
- Turn down the heat to low and let it simmer with a lid on for about 15 minutes
- Add in the chicken stock
