Corn Butter Rice

Incredibly easy recipe with rice, corn and onion for added flavor.

Equipment

  • 1 Rice Cooker Zojirushi Micom Rice Cooker (or another means of cooking rice)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 1/3 Can Corn
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Pack Chicken Stock
  • 1 Pinch Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Chop up the onion into small pieces
  • Rinse the rice until the water becomes transparent
  • Pour the rice, corn, chopped onions and chicken stock into the rice cooker and press the start button
  • Once the rice is done cooking, mix in the butter to the rice with a rice paddle
  • Serve and garnish with a pinch of parsley
