The price is fair for the amount that you get (200g), the flavor is rich, and it is very versatile as it can be used for not only soups but also for sautes and fried rice. The bag comes in a fine powder. Thus, I would recommend that you use about a teaspoon for every cup of water if you’re making a soup. If you’re interested in making fried rice, you can add about half a teaspoon to your dish at the very end for best results.

2. Ueipa Chicken Stock

If you’re interested in making more soupy dishes rather than sautes, then this is the chicken stock for you. Ueipa is excellent for making Ramen, Egg Drop Soup and other soups. The can comes in a smooth, semi-granulate paste, and the flavor is outstanding since it is full of umami. However, it does come a tad bit salty. Therefore, I would use a little less than what you would expect at first, and add a bit more later if needed.
